With over a decade of experience in hospitality, I thrive working with people. It's selfish really. My favourite part of the custom cake process is the delivery and set-up. Finding that perfect placement, getting the lighting just right, seeing the smiles and camera's being pulled out... makes my heart burst. You'll find me grinning ear to ear, sipping on a handcrafted BC wine, by the end of every wedding delivery day.
